Our Story

Deep Roots & A Creative Spark

Our journey began back in 1982 when I first started working in our family business right here on Liberty Square. We were a traditional fixture in the town, but in 1987, a casual conversation with a close friend sparked an exciting new idea: personalized monogrammed gifts.

That same year, we took the leap, bought our very first monogramming machine, and created our original business logo. We started with personalized monogrammed towels—which to this day, are always a popular seller and a true staple of what we do. As our customers fell in love with the idea of a gift embroidered forever with a loved one's name, we quickly added luxurious personalized adult robes to the collection. What started as a passionate sideline in the family business soon took on a life of its own, creating gifts to treasure for a lifetime.

Growing with Our Community

Before long, our customers began asking for personalized baby products. We listened, expanded our range, and today, baby gifts are the vibrant heart and core of our business.

Offering quality products is of the utmost importance across all of our collections. We take immense pride in sourcing only the finest, premium pieces for little ones, specializing in:

As our business grew, our locations shifted slightly to meet the times. We spent seven wonderful years serving the community from the Thurles Shopping Centre, but our hearts were always in the town center. 

Today, we are proudly back where it all began on Liberty Square, deeply rooted as a trusted part of our local community. Our shop doors are open from Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm, and we warmly welcome members of the public to pop in and visit us.

About 15 years ago, we began an exciting collaboration with one such wonderful company based in Kildare. This partnership allowed us to beautifully expand what we offer, and we are now proud to supply stunning, custom-made:

  • Personalized Candles: Including beautiful christening candles, wedding candles, and remembrance candles.

  • Personalized Slates: Capturing special milestones with custom wedding slates, christening slates, new baby slates, and engagement slates.

These have become incredibly popular pieces for families looking to commemorate life's most significant days.
